Explore how body awareness, physics, and energy management directly improve your dancing—and movement quality in daily life. We will work on: · Body mapping and movement awareness · Balance, axis, and energy flow · How physics influences tango movement · Adapting your body intelligently while dancing Price: By donation Minimum 4 people with advance reservation required ___________ 3:00 – 6:00 PM, Molinetes / Giros Intensive Bootcamp (3 hours with a short break and light refreshments) Molinetes (also called giros or turns) are one of the most essential—and challenging—structures in tango. This focused bootcamp will help you understand, execute, and integrate them with confidence. Topics include: · Molinete structure and mechanics · How to lead and follow clearly · BioKinetics of the molinete (energies in motion) · Embrace adjustments during turns · Where and when to start a molinete · Musicality options · Open vs. close embrace · Common international structures · Integration of arrastres and sacadas (time permitting) Price: $55 per person (paid in advance) Minimum 3 leaders and 3 followers/ Maximum 6 leaders and 6 followers Location: Essex Junction, VT.
